New York Life Makes Enhancements to Your Online Experience

New York Life has made some enhancements designed to improve your 401(k) online experience.  You may choose to make transactions online.  And you now have the option to view confirmations and prospectuses online, rather than receive paper documents via U.S. mail.

When you choose to make a fund change in your 401(k) account, or initiate a transaction such as an increase to your contributions, via www.bcomplete.com, you will be asked if you want to view your confirmation and prospectus electronically.  This feature allows you to:

• View an immediate confirmation of your transaction.
• Save confirmations and fund information electronically.
• Stop these confirmations and prospectus’ from being printed and mailed to your home

This feature will be active on www.bcomplete.com in early March.
